BEML Industrial Collaboration to See New Momentum; Key Industry Leaders to Attend Interactive Investment Session
BHOPAL/In a significant move to propel industrial investment in Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will participate in the ‘Invest in Madhya Pradesh’ roadshow scheduled to be held in Bengaluru today. The Chief Minister will visit the BEML (Bharat Earth Movers Limited) campus and take part in the inauguration ceremony of the 2100th Metro Coach.
CM Yadav will also address an interactive session themed ‘Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh’, where he will highlight the state’s industrial strengths, progressive policies, and long-term vision to leading investors and industry stakeholders from across the country.
BEML Visit and Project Inauguration
Upon arrival in Bengaluru, CM Yadav will proceed to the BEML campus, where he will be welcomed by BEML’s Chairman and Managing Director, along with board members. His visit will include a walkthrough of the BEML shop floor, participation in the metro coach inauguration ceremony, and a test ride. Additionally, he will tour the Integrated Design Centre and view a presentation on BEML’s upcoming facility in Bhopal.
During the event, a formal land allotment document for the proposed BEML unit in Madhya Pradesh will also be handed over, marking a major step in advancing the state’s industrial collaboration with the defence sector PSU.
Showcasing MP’s Industrial Strength at ‘The Leela Palace’
The main investment session, to be held at The Leela Palace in Bengaluru, will bring together prominent industry groups, investors, and tech companies. Various departments from Madhya Pradesh will present the state’s industrial policies, infrastructure readiness, and region-wise investment potential.
Senior officials, including Raghwendra Singh (Principal Secretary, Industrial Policy & Investment Promotion), Sanjay Dubey (Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Science and Technology), and Shiv Shekhar Shukla (Principal Secretary, Culture and Tourism), will lead the presentations.
One-on-One Investor Meetings to Drive Targeted Engagement
CM Yadav will also hold one-on-one meetings with top investors from sectors such as IT, electronics, manufacturing, defence, automobile, tourism, and technology. These discussions aim to build confidence and facilitate project-level engagements.

Under CM Yadav’s leadership, Madhya Pradesh is steadily building a robust industrial ecosystem. The series of dialogues with India’s top industrial players is opening new avenues of investment by ensuring policy stability, resource availability, and responsive governance, an official said.
BEML, a premier public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, plays a vital role in the manufacture of metro coaches, defence equipment, and mining and construction machinery. Its Bengaluru facility is a hub of indigenous technology and engineering excellence, contributing significantly to the ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ vision.
Ease of Doing Business: New Sectoral Policies Introduced
As part of a comprehensive effort to improve the ease of doing business, Madhya Pradesh will present 18 newly launched sectoral policies. These cover both traditional and emerging sectors, reinforcing the state’s position as a sustainable, innovation-driven, and inclusive investment destination.
This entire initiative is part of the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited’s proactive investment promotion campaign, aiming to make the state a preferred hub for industrial growth and economic transformation.
